"Let's stop that cough" takes young readers on a journey through the Australian bushlands, following the story of a little girl and her aunty as they make their way to the health clinic. Along the way, the little girl develops a chronic wet cough, prompting her family members to advise her to visit the clinic for medical assistance to help her cough. The story highlights the significance of recognising symptoms of illness and taking proactive steps towards healthcare.
Filled with vibrant illustrations and engaging storytelling, this picture book educates children about the symptoms of a wet cough and emphasises the importance of seeking medical attention when necessary. It promotes health literacy and encourages children to take charge of their well-being.
